We decided to use the pumpkin we got from the church Reformation Festival for some pumpkin soup today! It was really good. The recipe was from Jacques Pepin's "Short Cut Cookbook"
I cooked the pumpkin and made the soup, and Bill and the girls made the garlic bread to go with it. It was realy good!
