As mentioned before, we have been blessed by God with eight children. We have been amazed and amused by God's order of things and His sense of humor. We have noticed several patterns emerging in the lives of our children. One is that every other child is a redhead and that includes the twins! In order to keep the pattern, baby A had to be a redhead, and that is exactly what we got. At one time, the "other" children all had blond hair, but Rachel's and Rebekah's hair have turned a nice chestnut brown, like their mother...well, like their mother used to have naturally, and now gets with a bottle.
Anyway those are not the only patterns we have noticed. There was once one of boy-boy-girl and then boy-boy-girl again, and so the logical conclusion to that when we found out we were having TWINS was that it would be two boys! We would have been just as thrilled with two boys, but I have to admit I was a little relieved when they told us it was twin girls. I am not convinced that our relief was warranted, though, as our girls have given me plenty more gray hairs to cover with Nice 'n Easy, and many more stories for my blog. ;o) LOL
