Ziplock Omelets!

Yes, you read that right, today we had ziplock omelets. Bill saw a website blog about how to make an omelet in a ziplock bag! We tried it this morning and it worked really well! It wasn't as tasty as as Bill's pan omelets...Bill's cooking is pretty hard to beat, but BOY was it easier and quicker! We could make all the omelets we needed at once instead of having to wait 5 minutes or so between each serving. It makes a pretty fluffy omelet. Easy clean up, too! The old way, everyone would be finished and asking for seconds before the cook got to eat.

Here is a video I just found about it...just about the same recipe. The one Bill used said to cook it 13 minutes, instead of 10.
